Banana powder is a fine, powdery substance made from dried bananas. It is produced by drying bananas and then grinding them into powder. This process preserves the nutritional content of bananas, making banana powder a convenient and versatile product.

Process of making Banana Powder:

1.  Selection of Bananas: Bananas are selected for their sweetness and nutritional content.

2.  Peeling:  The bananas are peeled to remove the outer skin.

3.  Slicing: The bananas are sliced into thin pieces for uniform drying.
